To avoid wasting the ingredients of the orange marmalade and to celebrate Grandmothers’ Day we have another recipe for you. It is the Simone’s orange cake. My grandmother, Simone Légier, loved to bake this cake for “goûter” (the French “snacks” eaten by French children at 4.30 pm when they come out from school). Fresh and very tasty this cake will delight children and adults alike!
