This year, we planted young vines. What a beautiful moment !
It was hard work but also an emotional one, to see the vine grow to maturity and contribute to the sustainability of our vineyard thanks to their yield.
We choose quality plants, carefully selected by a renowned nurseryman from the South-West region. This year we planted Ugni Blanc vines.
After planting young plants, we had to do the “trellising work”. It means putting the posts and wires that support the vines.
The vine will start yielding in its third year. It has to have time to grow until it can produce grapes.
